Thanks for all responses! I'll give a little more info and maybe I will get more responses! I'm 50 years old. Also I get pretty OCD about my jewelry and bags. Cartier love cuffs were NEVER worn because my WG cartier love bangle got scratches and it made me crazy. So I can get almost the price I paid for the cuffs new due to all the price increases since I purchased them. The white j12 seems trendy to me and I love the black so much more. I wanted the black j12 and everyone talked me into white. Eventually I got the black too which I would never sell. I have 3 mint chanel GST bags. But thinking of selling the lightest color because of my OCD tendencies. I'd keep the black one and burgundy one. Also all those items I'm interested in selling are uninsured and it makes me nervous. But the soleste would be insured. Now I just have to decide between a tad smaller stone in intense yellow or a tad bigger in fancy yellow!

Not sure if the Soleste is offered in vivid yellow but you can really tell the difference between vivid, fancy intense and fancy. Check the jewelry out at your local Tiffany's, some of the pieces I saw weren't the canary yellow I was expecting.

Yes, the Soleste does come with fancy vivid. I have it in 2.68ct fancy vivd. The color is beautiful. One thing for Soleste yellow diamond ring is that they use platinum for prongs and basket. not like other companies where they use 18kt yellow gold to make the diamond look more saturated than it actually is. Hope that helps.

Here is my ring. sorry for the huge picture

I'm hearing conflicting advice! So if I can do a .66 fancy intense versus a .75 fancy yellow for same price, are all of you saying to do the fancy intense? Some where I read that the difference is so slight in color that I should just get the biggest stone.

The difference in size of .09 is very small in such a big ring. The colour difference however is most likely quite visible side by side.
The intenser, cleaner, crisper the colour (without brown undertones), the rarer and therefore more valuable. As you are buying something for the beauty and joy of the colour, get the best you can afford.
I used to sell coloured diamonds, so have seen hundreds and hundreds. If possible go near the window to see the colour in natural light.

I would totally sell the duplicative items and buy the ring! I absolutely adore my yellow diamond soleste! I have about a size 4.5-5 ring finger, so the .35 is the perfect size for me. I get so many compliments on it, and I wear it daily. It's the perfect standout piece!

Wow- your soleste is gorgeous. Looks way bigger than .35! Is that one a fancy intense?

Thank you! It's the perfect right hand ring! I don't think that there's a need to spring for a lot of carats on the ring because the double halo makes it look huge! Yup, it's Fancy Intense!

I've been visiting soleste every day. Was going to get the .66 fancy yellow but then I saw the .76 and I could see ( with my old eyes) a noticeable size difference. So I'm contemplating......
