Another +1 for Cartier. Cartier has absolutely beautiful bags. It’s underrated and subtle. Their “must de” range features their signature Bordeaux red.

The mini guirlande, it’s cute and looks like their jewellery box.

Also I just scored this vintage tulip crossbody bag at a bargain price of US$175. Cartier bags have low demand, however their quality and gold plating on their bags are excellent. I find their gold plating on the bags better than Chanel (they are a jewellery company after all). Truly a brand to look into. View attachment 4943900

Lancel is not a high end brand by TPF standards, you’re right, Lemonmint, yet ...for lots of French women , it’s not considered as cheap, far from it...
