That's the Breitling Chrono-Cockpit. It's a 39mm, automatic chronograph with date.
It typically comes on a stainless-steel bracelet, but I special ordered it with a black crocodile strap. Retail is $5170. It's not a special piece, per se, but the color is not a big seller so most stores won't have it sitting in their cases.
