First off let me say I have some of the best SAs at my outlet. I had a mini duffle that my mom bought me for my birthday and shipped to my house. I already owned that same one, so I went in hoping that I can return it there without having to go through the whole drama of sending it directly back to
Coach. I found out that I had a discount mailer in the system too!! I quickly found 2 things that I of course could not live without and after the exchange, in store discount and mailer discount I walked out with the British Tan Soft Port Duffle and Brick Grommet Duffle and I all I had to pay was $63!!! Now they join my Black Soft Port Duffle in my little duffle family.
