I currently own a stainless steel Rolex Datejust with jubilee band, fluted bezel, and mother-of-pearl dial and diamond markers. I wear it every day. I want to purchase a two-tone watch. I am looking at a ladies two-tone Rolex Datejust that has a two-tone jubilee band, a yellow gold diamond bezel (of just over 1 ct), and a gold dial. My other choice is the Ladies Cartier two-tone tank with white dial. I think that the two Rolexes would be quite different even though they have similarities, but I've always wanted a Cartier too. Which would you choose and why?

Good choice! I'd go with the Cartier also. I LOVE Tank in tt, I find it very feminine and elegant. And since you already have a nice Rolex, mix it up and go with the Cartier. Please post pics when you get it. I love me some Cartier eye candy!

I was going to suggest the rolex but do a different bracelet like the oyster.

I just sold my tank and my roadster needs to get repaired. Both had to have major service within 5 yrs. Never had problems with rolex.

Cartier has beautiful watches just have issues.

That's the first I've heard of quality issues. Hopefully, that won't be the case. It's not like my Rolex is perfect anyways. It almost always has the incorrect time on it:p - although, I realize that's different than not functioning at all. I'm sorry that you've had issues with your Cartiers.

I think you've made a great choice. I have the cartier Santos it's beautiful and i still love it, however DH surprised me with the two tone GMT-11 Rolex for my birthday last week.
I've been over the moon. Enjoy your watch:smile1::smile1:
