I just want to update my deal.. I called H Bellagio in Las Vegas like Yodaling1 suggested. They didn't have any available. But Cala (SA) was so kind and checked out all H stores for me. Mind you, I've never set my foot in H Bellagio before so I'm quite impressed of the level of Cala's caring and service. He found the twilly I was looking for in New Jerry's store but it was on hold. It was late on Thursday and he said that Friday was his day-off but he will try again and will give me a call on Saturday.
Saturday had passed and I didn't receive any call from him. So I think it was okay. I understand that it was just a small order and I was just ordering another twilly on H website and that order wasn't canceled anyway.
To my surprise, he called me late on Sunday and left the message that he didn't forget but he hadn't found the L'Ivresse de l'Infini twilly yet and all H store closed on Sunday. He said he would call me again on Monday.
Instead of waiting for his call this morning, I decided to give him a call. He finally found my twilly!! This time it is in NC. We did transaction over the phone and my twilly will be arrived on Thursday...
To be honest with you, I found a lot of H SA in my local stores, especially in BH to be quite snobbish and cold. I even thought of not buying anything from Hermes store but I would rather buy from all those resellers.
But Cala has just changed my perspective toward Hermes's SA all together. I don't normally visit Las Vegas, but if I go, I will definitely visit Hermes store in Bellagio to see and purchase from Cala. So, I'd like to encourage you guys if you plan to visit Las Vegas and want to check out Hermes, go see CALA!! I truly appreciate his service.. If Hermes didn't set up this no-leather purchase over the phone, I would order more from Cala..

You are welcome. I am SO glad you got it. I knew someone would do a charge send for you because so far my twilly encounter has been nice thanks to the SA at Bellagio too. They are one of the few nicest SAs in my opinion. Even if it is just small purchase, they really do not mind checking other stores for me when I ordered mine previously. And best thing, they do follow up with calls to see if you would be interested in other twillys or stuff once in a while.
P.S. Did you order a pair or just one?

I'm thinking of buying an Hermes wallet, I would love to buy from Cala if I can only order on the phone. Cala, himself, said that this new policy does affect his other clients too since most of his customers are visiters who don't live in Las Vegas.
