Michael Kors Turquoise vs Tile Blue

That stinks you have to waste time driving to return it. They really need to have things listed on the website correctly. I've seen stuff like this on Macy's site all the time too. They'll show a bag that's aqua, but have it listed as aquamarine or something like that. To those of us who obsess over these bags, it's a big problem!

I would call customer service and let them know and see what they can do cause this is crazy you can't list it as a color that's not really the color [emoji31][emoji15]

Even the MK store manager was shocked when I just returned it and receipt showed turquoise but tag was tile blue. She grabbed a tile blue bag from the floor to do a comparison and it was same of course!

I don't even know why they'd list it as turquoise unless they were bringing the turquoise of a few years ago back. For the actual MK site to make that mistake and not dept stores baffles me! It's like calling the new clementine tangerine! Not the same color at all!

Ha ha right?! I'm going to email customer service when I find it but they probably won't do anything

I had an aqua Hamilton that I had to return a few weeks ago. I wish I would have had aqua and tile at the same time to take a comparison photo, but unfortunately that isn't the case. Aqua is more green, a little darker and a little more saturated than tile blue.
