I bought the 2001 Chocolate Brown 30 cm from their site, which was delivered together with the original Harrods receipt for about £2,600; took it to Hermes in Sloane Street and they fawned over it, and it is VERY VERY definitely authentic.

Sorry - the only authentic bags on their site appear to be those using pictures from other sources, many from here. And I would be very interested to see a recent authentic bag selling for that price.

The others are definitely NOT authentic.

Please let me admit that I am becoming increasingly confused. Perhaps I am seeing 30cm brown birkins in my sleep... With utmost politeness, please let me ask for clarification.

Didn't you say in an earlier post that it was your sister who bought the 30cm brown birkin in Harrods in 2003? In the post above, you are saying you bought a bag with identical attributes on the Simply Birkin site, along with a Harrod's receipt. But when I go to that site I see the brown 30cm bag, still listed. And I believe I also may have seen it on an auction on eBay that was questioned in these threads earlier, and removed. By a seller names Listsearch? I think I have been seeing some of the same or at least similar images of what could be the same brown bag. I cannot be certain--but I am simply growing confused!

At any rate--my opinion--I am not comfortable with some of the images I see on the SimplyBirkin site.

Whatever the source of 30cm brown birkins, I cannot recommend Simply Birkin to any member of this forum at this time with the level of comfort you are expressing.

I have purchased from ONLY AUTHENTICS a few times over the years. All I can say is:
HE IS "ONLY AUTHENTIC"!! He has the greatest selection of Hermes bags and hes a pleasure to work with.
I dont know the other resellers, sorry.

I purchased my first Hermes piece, a lovely Bolide, from Only Authentics on Malleries and it was a great transaction. I actually met the owner by happy accident at a show in NYC and he is so sweet! He has the most spectacular collection of Chanels, Birkins and Kellys. All authentic and he is fair with pricing; very reasonable and amenable to fair offers.

Just noticing how few posts prior posts have been made by the people who are singing only authentics praises. 4 posts - 11 posts - 12 posts - 56 posts

By what coincidence did you all show up here today, find this particular thread, and overcome lurking to post?

I have not seen them selling their bags on Ebay, but the bag I bought is still listed on their site as for sale. Perhaps they bought one from an eBay seller and are reselling it on their site.

They sell as listsearch and the same photos were used in SimplyBirkin's Facebook offerings. Though they changed their story about where the bags came from. Can't help feeling you are affiliated with them.

Just want to reiterate - the bags for sale on SimplyBirkin's site appear to be fakes, in my opinion. And not even very good ones at that.
