Just had a great transaction with seller estherparis on ebay. Absolutely fabulous to deal with, and very responsive from the start to the end.
The scarf arrived immaculate and beautifully packaged, I'm delighted with it and will buy again from this seller for sure! :tup::tup::tup:

I could not agree more.

I have bought many scarves and shawls from her and they were at least as described, sometimes even better! She is extremely meticulous with her descriptions.
Most (if not all) of the items are indeed boutique bought. Shipping is a bit on the high side, but this is always well balanced by the price of the scarf (at least for BIN), i.e. the total price you pay is still absolutely ok.
She communicates extremely well, packages well and ships fast! For us Europeans, she is a real asset to Ebay.

I am thinking of making a purchase from luxury-zurich.com and was wondering whether anybody can tell me if they deduct sales tax from the sales price listed on their website if they ship the item to the US. I have seen some other European websites saying that this would be the case.

By searching TFP I found out that I will have to pay 9% import duty on the item when it's shipped to the US (:tpfrox:), but I searched and couldn't find the answer to my VAT question.

I could be mistaken, but think Heatherlite posted her feedback on this seller earlier this year. Have you seen her post? (If so, you could also PM her; She's very helpful and I'm sure she would be glad to share her experiences.) good luck!

Just saw a Kelly posted in the finds thread on the ebay forum from turnabout shoppe. I had a very, very difficult experience with this seller - a bag that I had purchased, that was advertised as new, had an ink spot (and various others). At the end, he was so completely nasty and unnecessarily rude/insulting that I swore off resellers for a good time.

I completely understand how you feel as I just went thru a nightmare transaction with a rude and manipulating seller.
