I still think perspective is important. Potential buyers can weigh risks themselves.
i completely agree with you that perspective is important and that potential buyers can weigh risks themselves. My point is that the perspective - in this case feedback about resellers - should primarily come from those who have had actual transactions with resellers, who have received and inspected the items and determined their value, rather than from a numerical analysis which doesn't take the actual physical items into account.
If you read through this thread, the preponderance of comments are from TPFers who have had actual transactions - positive and negative - with resellers.

Click on Ask A Question at bottom of page and then radio button for Details about item. Here's a screenshot:

I've never clicked on additional links to read about an item on e-bay and never knew this was a feature. As a seller I'd never make a potential buyer jump through hoops by clicking further into a listing. I feel copy on an ad should state clearly the terms. And if an item is listed as a best offer, then that should be clearly stated on the link that e-bay provides and not buried within a link within a listing.

Just sayin'.

As a buyer, this makes total sense. Never went through the Q&A..never occurred to me and agree with you...make it easy for the buyer to understand your terms.

Just want to confirm since this place is local to me-it is a bunch of temp/young kids in there...and it looks like a chaotic mess when you go in. I have no idea how they don't have worse feedback. I too have bought from them, described a excellent condition, and it certainly wasn't. I would consider consigning maybe clothes with them, but NEVER an H bag-it always amazes me when I see people do!

Don't bother consigning clothes with them, either. Did that and it was a mistake, I asked for all my items to be returned to me. :graucho:

Today, I opened another package from Lady Authentic. Needless to say, it was perfect.
I cannot say enough about this seller. She just makes me happy, delighted every time.
Whenever I see something I want and can afford, I hit BUY without even blinking.
