The plain ones are available in two sizes. A small and a classic (which I'm wearing).
Have been wearing mine almost everyday since I got them. So versatile.

I read somewhere the clip-on backing can be painful. Do you wear them 24/7 or long hours? Are they heavy?

I have the Trinity, so pretty and comfortable (if they're the same variation). You can certainly wear them for every occasion.

I don't have the Love so can't compare.

Yes, I keep them on in the shower.

It's the clip-on backing. Not at all painful for me. But my SA did say it all depends on the size of your earlobe.
Maximum duration I've worn them continuously is for almost 12 hours and they did not hurt, nor do they get heavy for me.
Also, I'm used to wearing heavier earrings, so these are a breeze.
Very comfortable.
Highly recommend.
