I was reading MrS's thread on the the combinations of the bi and tri-coloured Birkins/Kellys. I understand that these bags are mostly SO and that there are set guidelines for the colours when placing the SO.

I'm curious to know how much more does one of these tri-coloured bags cost in comparision to a similar bag of the same size/leather but in mono-colour?

Would it cost more to SO it than say if you are lucky enough to find one off the shelf in the boutique?

Would appreciate some answers from tri-coloured/bi-coloured owners. TIA!

I'm ordering my bi-coloured Birkin at the end of next month and was told there would be no difference in price to ordering a regular single coloured bag

I asked at the time of first discussing it with my SA and she said it wouldn't cost more. I'm placing the actual order at the end of July so should get a definite answer then

Can't wait to see what you will be ordering for the bi-colour Birkin, mooks.

mrsbaglady, what do you have in mind?

Nothing in particular yet but for the last couple of weeks the questions on bi/tri-coloured bags have been put up now and then. Just wondering if one of these beauties is worth the wait of an SO.....

BTW, your tri is a real beauty, so classy, very you.

That's actually a very good question. For me it's a resounding yes, this is because I know this bag has been made just for me to my exact style and specification......it's the ultimate in luxury shopping to my mind
