Trevi owners - Do you use the shoulder strap?

I have the Trevi PM and I use the strap a lot. It sits on my shoulder, but my strap hasn't seem to soften up much maybe because I only bought it in August.

I use the shoulder strap 95% of the time and it stays on and very comfortable. I'm more of a shoulder bag girl right now because of my small kids but I love the handheld option of the trevi.

I have a trevi pm and I don't use the strap much. I am a hand held person as well, but I just fell in love with this bag, so I didn't care that it had a strap.

I have the Gm and do use the shoulder strap if I need my hands free to carry other things. I love the Trevi GM!

I have the Trevi PM for two years now and have not used the shoulder strap yet. I like it hanging on the bag, but prefer the bag handheld.

I use the shoulder strap on my Trevi PM 40% of the time. I find it very comfortable for me. I rest my arm on the top of the bag, and my hand closes around the ring of the bottom of the strap. I am 5'2".

The trevi pm shoulder strap when it's all loaded is pretty uncomfortable to me I've had mine for about 9 months and it still hurts a ton. I prefer the handheld..

I use the shoulder strap a lot, especially whn u go shopping....hands free I even swap the strap to my damier deauville. The strap will soften up after few uses...

Good to hear this. I have the strap from the Speedy B DE and I am now assuming that the strap is of similar quality. I am having difficulty with the strap. It is so stiff and the buckles hurt my shoulders.

i had trevi pm too, bag looks very beautiful when the should strap hanging beside the bag, but it was so odd on my shoulder, not very comfy i would say.. at the end i exchanged trevi pm for speedy b 40 and totally GM
