Yeah, Jax let me use my PCE. Go figure, but alas I live in CA and it's a long wait from FL for my bags. Usually about a week.
I'm in California too so I have to wait even longer! I ordered from Bakersfield. I'm trying to develop a relationship with the SA there.

The CSR upgraded me. I'm a good customer and they are nice to me. I suspect they tagged me in their Database. The only reason I think I got taged is I kinda went Caroline crazy two years ago and bought a lot of bags at one time, and every since then, they have been super nice to me. I returned most of those Carolines, but they did not register that in their system I think. I think they think I spend more than I do. I have bought 5 bags in the past year. I kept 2.
But they tend to give me overnight shipping when I order from Jax.
Wow! I thought there wasn't any special treatment from JAX. That's why I've been trying to order everything recently from the same SA. I'm trying to get one of those thank you gift cards!
I figured they kept track of the returns. I've returned a lot. I thought that would be held against me.
There is special treatment from JAX, I was treated differently after I bought all those Carolines. Never get gift cards, but I get 25% off a lot and overnight shipping a lot.
But really I don't buy that many bags. Like 2 or 3 a year. I just tend to buy the pricey ones.
I've always gotten a discount and overnight shipping on anything I called in to my FP stores, and I spend relatively little at FP.
I don't believe the SA's have direct control over who gets issued the gift cards. I think the "system" chooses the recipient based on some unknown variables and your SA gets to send you a lovely little note with it.

Yes, I did! LOVE, but haven't used. I compared the gusset to the flight. I like the styling of the gusset but found the flight more practical for me. The strap length of the flight was the determining factor!
I looked and never did find the mustard phoebe, even in the Phoebe Clubhouse. I found marigold......

I love the lime color and the flight bag..but I have enough small bags because I don't use them often.I can't do compartments either....so I am living through other people's reveals!
