I think it's because we are in Canada. I had my SA check on the new Python Caroline and it's not in their system either. It seems that in Canada our FP stores aren't able to preorder the new items that are not on the website yet.

yeah ur absolutely right, i just got off the phone with the JAX CS...he told me i can order the Sophia in Blush or any other colours but just have to pay duty 10%, tax(AB) 5% n shipping $22...so he said if i dont want to pay the above, i can just ask my store to order in for me n i just go collect it at the store...so i called my SM, told her the whole stories, she told me she will call JAX to find out what is actually going on n why she cant order for me thru store n found nothing on their system...so long story short, she did called n told me that the JAX CS said unfortunately they cant order for their customer since its not in the system but the customer can call JAX to order n ship direct to them...oh bummer for the store but feel relieved that i can order direct from JAX...:yahoo:

It depends because sometimes I have been able to have my store pre-order items not on the Web site and then other times, it just didn't work :(.
