I do like the shape of this satchel but I'm not a fan of non-leather bags (sorry). I also don't like the way the shoulder strap clip to the bag (I prefer both sides). The pilot ones come in black, Nay and Gray. They look and feel stiffer IRL,not sure if they will soften up. The quality looks good, but I didn't really spend much time to feel it. I believe they will be available in stores very soon. Overall saying, they're really fun, young and eye catching.

I looked at the pilot poppy bags today. They look cheap and plastic looking IMO sorry I am not a fan

I know that many TPFers are enjoying the more "grown up" look of the new Poppy items - but, I can't help but be disappointed! I've been a fan of the Poppy line since it was introduced and I'm so bummed to see the "fun" being knocked right out of the line!

Does anyone else feel this way???

Yes wasn't that the point of Poppy in the first place - fresh, young, and fun? And Madison, Kristin, Chelsea, etc. are supposes to be the classic lines. What's the point of Poppy then? Just discontinue it if it's just going to be like any other line, IMO.

I am upset about Poppy growing up! I have three poppy bags, and i like them because they are so different and fun! I do like the purple backpack that was just posted in the spring section.... I think it is poppy. I am glad to see the poppy patch going away or at least getting smaler.

I think this was addressed before but I am not liking the denim Poppys. They look cheap and fake. Overall, I'm a Poppy fan but I'm disappointed with the latest collection.

I couldnt agree with you more. Then again i am not a fan of any patchwork bag... They look like a design school project to me. The last poppy bag i got was the straw one ( sorry i am new, so i dont really know all the terms). Anyway i LOVE that tote, so i wont give up on poppy just yet!
