It seems to me that this Sophia-look-a-like (the one on the right) has a long/crossbody strap. I hope it does! Imagine wearing this shade of red with a black wool pea coat... wallking down the city streets with your significant other, hand in hand, with big hollywood snowflakes falling from the sky. LOVE IT!

Finally...

Lately coach has really declined in my eyes with the mass production of poppy-type bags and the lack of class. I think Coach has finally seen that customers are willing to pay the price for classic chic looks. Coach bags are so timed I think and this collection is definitely classy and some pieces are timeless.

As much of a bargain shopper that I am, I think I may start saving now to buy one of the pieces. I think they really worked hard on this collection and focused on style as opposed to where the 'c's' should go.

They aren't showing ANY signs of doing something larger than the Boxy in Oil Slick for fall? This really makes me sad. I would absolutely buy a Sophia in Oil Slick, or an Alexandra. But I definitely can't afford to buy one of the rare Sabrinas that come along.

OMG all I have to say is WOW! I just happened to stumble across this thread b/c it was linked in another thread. I used to be a big Coach fan but I haven't bought anything for my self in years. I felt like they were relying too much on the "C" pattern and none of the leather bags they came out with really did it for me. But I LOVE the wavy/pleated leather bags and the burgundy/plum colors. I will definitely be stalking these bags!

in your first picture pixie, is that a shadow or the bag on the left black and blue?

I believe both of the bags in the first pic are black but their are some shadows on both of them. If you look at the first few pages on the thread their are other shots of the bag on the left in the first pic from other angles.

This looks like a squishier, more sensible Sage. I hope they have some solid, smooth-leather colors 'cause I missed out on the Sage this spring and would love to get one! I don't really care for this elephant-looking leather (i bet it will be pricey too), but you gotta love the rose-gold looking hardware!
