im sorry, I don't get to the Coach retail store often.. Do they carry different items in store than online.. I havent seen any of these beautiful bags on there website! HELP LOL

i just think the website is not updated quickly enough....thats what i see ...but i'm sure someone else has a better answer to this than mine...

You can call the number listed on the bottom of Coach.com...I forgot what it is. Choose products (option 2) or just try to order them. Make sure you have the style numbers and color codes on hand to read to them so they can find what u are looking for.

ahhh NUTS!~I'M so late to the game....i called my store to hold the Elephant and they had 2 left ...then i scrolled and saw the CUPCAKE and i died! called back and they said they're sold out and so is the warehouse :[

now i'm not sure if i want the elephant...so bummed....
