Gosh, maybe I need to look again! I forgot about it and went on late yesterday afternoon and they where sold out in bucket and lady bag.
It was about 4 hours when I looked (didn't wait up for the launch because I wasn't buying from them - they always work out way more expensive than stockists for me) but there was heaps of regular buckets and totes left. They were the only ones I looked at. Not sure what's left now.
I should be used to this by now, but I'm a bit taken aback at the post-relaunch hate that MG is getting on its Facebook page and to a lesser extent on this subforum. On FB, commenters are slamming the brand for being "garbage" because they couldn't get the bag they wanted when the site went 'live'. It seems so uncalled for.
It's ridiculous how people get so upset they actually trash a bag they were trying to acquire. It's admittedly challenging to get these bags, which is indeed frustrating, but I've always found the vitriol that is spewed at them with no regard for what the realities are of their growing business out of line. Honestly, if people are that easily upset about this stuff, they might want to find another bag to put on their shopping lists.
I don't agree with everything the company is doing ( adding too many new designs in my opinion), but it's their company and it doing REALLY well.
If the heavy complainers think they could do better, they can start their own line and run it however they like.
Other than that, I say they should mind their own.

And then there's the person on there that makes an appearance at every single launch to trash a bag she doesn't even have and go on about how much better Celine is, each to their own but I am jealous of the amount of time she seems to have on her hands to make these quarterly appearances to try and push a brand *she* likes while she disses this one...

You sure are feisty!!! But I completely agree- if you are complaining that much, just move on and buy something more readily available.
