I have the same tote in new carnival too but the leather handles are starting to peel already as I change the strap to attach on the outer clasps as the straps are pulling out . Anyone has peeling issue with this bag ?

It's still in certain locations in-store, you could ask your SA to try and locate it for you, the staff at Tory Burch are amazing when it comes to locating items even those from older collections.
