It's funny you have a RM MAM (or MAB) in your avatar because the Tory reminds me of a MAM. With the stripes it's like a sporty MAM. It's around the same size.
That must be why I like the bag you are considering so much! I love my coral MAM and have been considering buying another one but haven't found a color I just have to have. Maybe I'll buy the Tory instead. Let us know what color you decide to buy!

Pass! I'm so glad I let myself cool off before buying the bag! The leather is fabulous IRL, and if I see someone else with the bag I will have a pang of envy, but here's why I passed:
1. I really want to cut out the impulse purchases - not just bags, but all the stuff I buy that ends up being meaningless 2 months later.
2. someday681's avatar reminded me that I have a Coral MAM that I never use! So I decided to shop in my closet and finally take it out and use it. I actually have a lot of fun bags I don't use because I tend to default to neutral, serious bags.
3. My next planned bag purchase will be the LV NF mon monogram, and I don't want to detour funds away from that on a fun impulse buy.
On another note, I don't own a Tory Burch bag, (I have mostly LV, RM, and some Gucci and MJ) but I notice that her bags don't get a lot of buzz here. I wonder why not? All of her bags that I've seen in person are really well made - especially the saffiano leather Robinson line. I bought a Robinson that I ended up returning due to size (it looked like I was carrying a suitcase), but the quality and design were great.

Addictista, we must have a similar taste in bags. I also have some LV, Gucci, and MJ... lol. Congrats on controlling the urge to impulse buy!

Right now the Tory you posted, a Lauren Ralph Lauren, RM MAC, and the Proenza Schouler straw keepall are all on my short list, but nothing I can't live without. And sorry I am rambling away!

We do have similar taste! Most of the bags in your 2011 list are bags that are on my radar. I'll keep an eye out - I can be your personal shopper.
