Yes, asking doesn't hurt at all! I don't know why TB website hasn't announce the sale yet. I've ordered some TB bracelets and my SA will ring the items today because today is officially the start of the sale. Good luck and Happy shopping!

I don't have any code. I'm sorry. Call your local TB store. I think the email that I got from my SA is a pre-sale. I honestly don't have any idea. Good luck💐

Unfortunately, the boots I want are sold out in my size so she is trying to locate them at a different store. I guess the presale means items only in the store (from my knowledge)...not sure if there is a special code only given to loyal customers or something. I hope she can find the boots for me!

My boots have been located!! The SA will ship them directly to me. Only thing they couldn't get was a card case I wanted but I will just get that when the sale goes live online.

I am very satisfied with the customer service!

I called my local store and they told me it's for employees and their 5 selected guests only (there are individual barcodes for the sale). F&F for the public will be later.

Aww man guess that picture just confirmed that the Yorks won't be on sale. :( Not sure if I should go ahead and get one then or still wait for the sale. Btw, does the Dark Plum not come on the bigger Yorks?

You can get the larger York in Dark Plum at department stores. Nordstrom has it. There always seem to be more options in the department stores than in the TB boutiques - no clue why. :)

Bloomingdales has friends and family 20% including the York. Limited selection online but you can go to the stores. Good luck!

I too ordered the Ruby flats but they were out of my size in black. I got the green and I figured I could swap them in the boutique if I still am set on the black.

Plus a few other flats, the Tyson boot (dying to see this in person-anyone have it?) and I had to jump on the bandwagon and get the medium Fleming - I can't believe I waited this long!
