The online code is FRIENDLY.

I just used it to order two shrunken cotton Simone cardigans (in black and navy) that were already on sale for $99 less 25% (FYI for those interested - I sized up in these).

When trying to place an order online today with the F&F sale it was charging me shipping so I placed it via the app instead and got free shipping (no code needed). It's scheduled to arrive on Mon!

I am trying to checkout (using PayPal), and it won't process my order! It keeps kicking me back to step 2 (billing page).

items are getting sold so fast on the tory burch site. I was gonna purchase a brown Holly Tote but it was already unavailable. I ended up getting the All T East/West Tote instead but I purchased it in Nordstrom since they price matched tb's site. It would be easier for me to exchange/return it in case it doesn't work out.

I had this same problem this morning. I closed out/quit my browser and reopened it.

I was having the same issue where I'd submit my order and it would take me back to the submit your order page and wouldn't go through.

This is good to know for the future! I ordered online and paid for shipping on both my orders.
