Of course with Bling but if it's too expensive you could get the one without diamonds and bring it to your Jeweler to add diamonds, I hear this comes out cheaper, but I have never done it
jenna, i've heard of that too but had forgotten....not a bad idea, BUT I already bought it this morning. I'm having it shipped to where I'll be next week so I'll post pics then.
I treated myself to a Philip Stein with diamonds earlier this year, and I can't tell you how much I love it. I often catch myself staring it... (at my own watch..! LOL That's pretty bad...

For long term value, it is best not to add, even if it saves you a bit now...in the long run, those watches that have been touched up in this way is valued lower than the original.....just my 2 cents...
