Has anyone ever seen Celine at Marshalls or TJ Maxx?? I know they are trying to be pretty exclusive but am wondering if one has ever made its way here?

I bought my first Celine Tie bag from TJ Maxx this past September. I've seen a Cabas, a micro mini (burgundy & orange color), edge, and plenty of wallets. They weren't all at the same TJ maxx at the same time but I have seen them in Illinois, North Carolina, and the DMV at runway TJ MAXX stores
Are the TJ Maxx bags the same quality as the usual retail bags ?
In Germany we have TK Maxx, but I guess it is the same as TJ Maxx. I spotted a green Botegga Veneta bag in December for around 700 Euro instead of 2300 Euro. The handles were extremely squeaky. I found it quite strange. Do they usually sell the same bags and in the retail store or any B quality bags ?

I'm so freaking jealous!! I checked the link and there are no runway stores near me but my closest store does have layaway.
