That’s interesting. I suppose time will tell.I never thought about it this way.
My Bloomies opened its fitting rooms a long time ago.
I think that for some discounters, it might become the norm.![]()

Same here.I prefer to try on clothes at home. I usually buy two sizes of the same item and return what doesn't fit. If it's a coat or jacket I will try that on in a store. What's stopping me from ordering online from a certain discount retailer is they are pulling the merchandise off the selling floor and believe me I have seen some pretty disgusting worn and reticketed items that was returned back on the selling floor. Looks like a lot of merchandise shipped out to the customer is not factory fresh.
Seems to me if you have to repeat going to the store and return you will buy more. I am a big Marshalls shopper and hate returning things, but I do often. All other stores I've been to have dressing rooms open. I know Target just opened their dressing rooms at my local store. As far as I know, most stores have fitting rooms open now. Wonder why this company is being so over-cautious. Frustrating to me because I'd like to shop for jeans. Most of the time they don't have what I want but sometimes you can find something great. I'm not even going to bother going in there until the fitting rooms are re-opened. they have to be losing business.
