T.I.'s wife, Tiny, has filed for divorce she wants out.

Tiny filed legal docs earlier this month in Georgia's Henry County. They got married back in 2010 and have 3 kids together -- 2 sons and 1 daughter.

We're told the rapper and Tiny had been going through a rough patch that started several months before an awkward photo surfaced showing Tiny pictured with the rapper's nemesis, Floyd Mayweather, and Mariah Carey at her Halloween party.

At the time, Tiny chalked to pressure into taking the photo next to the guy T.I.'s had beef with in the past. You'll recall the rapper and Floyd were involved in a crazy brawl on the Vegas strip back in 2014.

The divorce was first posted on TheDirty.com.

Oh we said this was going to happen before the end of the year and she got it in by a few days! [emoji12] when those pictures of her and Floyd popped up you know she was not giving AF!

and she wants an annulment....

:eek::coolio:

YAAAAASSSSSSS, Tiny! Tell him #BoyBye! :woohoo:

But why does she want an annulment?
Divorce = spousal support + child support
Annulment = nada, except for child support

she must be asking for the holy grail in child support then because an annulment makes no sense at all!
but then again - people never accused her of being the brightest bulb!

Tiny doesn't have TI money but she did well for herself. Maybe the annulment request will sting more for him? It's a strange request when they've been together for so long. We need a divorce lawyer to come in and tell us why someone would request one in this case.

Does GA have common law? Maybe if it's annulled she can say they were common law for 10 years but only married for 6....that may result in more support. Is that even possible? Now I'm genuinely curious....let me go ask a lawyer. :lol:
