Tignanello are nice department store handbags. You can usually find them uber cheap at TJMaxx. They are really nice and look expensive. They would definitely make a great gift, but are definitely not considered designer.

I own 4 Tignanello purses, most are 5-10 years old, and they are all made out of really nice soft thick leather and have all held up well with just signs of normal wear and tear. I was in Macys last week and I do have to say I glanced at the Tignanello bags and they have changed alot, style wise, from when I was buying them. Much more modern now.

I have purchased a couple of their bags and they are WONDERFUL! The quality of leather is supple and absolutely lovely. They have a wide variety of styles -suitable for a 'mature' woman or a young girl....you can get many of them at discount stores - Winners, Wilson Leather, Marshalls to name a few. I highly recommend them!

I think there great, have the four below and been using ages, no probs and the leather is lovely and butter soft :smile1:

Tignanello has some really great bags, and they hold up forever. I just retired my Tignanello wallet (it had the softest purple leather) after three or so years in favor of a new Furla, but the Tignanello held up great while I used it. My mom has a whiskey Tignanello hobo that has lasted her for at least seven years . . . it still looks new and she doesn't do anything other than the occasional cleaning/conditioning treatment.

Some of their newer styles are really cute, and they have been getting a bit more stylish. QVC sells a ton of them, but you can get great deals on them at TJ Maxx and Marshalls. For the price point, they are a solid choice. There are a lot of faux leather bags out there selling for not much less than you can find a Tignanello.

The leather is wonderfully soft on them and the organizer style ones are great for travel, you can get rid of your wallet and lighten the load of your purse. And yes, TJ Maxx usually has a few in stock for much less than you'd pay in a department store.

Have taken a photo of the organizer pocket open, it also has lots of card slots on side not shown on photo, really is useful and great way to keep your cards, money etc safe esp when worn across body.
I love Tignanello bags :smile1:
