Thanks, LocksAndKeys. I adore it; it's similar to a cigar-style band and very substantial yet sleek.
I agree 100%. There is something about the somerset style that is so striking in an unobtrusive way. My sterling silver somerset ring gets tons of complements. I am just debating whether or not it makes sense to have two of the same rings just in different metals (silver and yellow gold), especially if I plan to wear them both at the same time, but on different hands. What do you think, jazz77?

Hmmm....Personally, I'm not a fan of mixing YG and Sterling. But to have both colors to choose from, according to what your mood may be that day, is great. Sometimes a style is so pleasing it's nice to have it in several colors (I'm guilty of that quite often, especially with clothing.) Maybe I'm being an enabler here, but if you thoroughly enjoy your Sterling Somerset, chances are you're going to adore your YG one, too. I don't think it's possible to have too much of a good thing! :smile1:

You are really tempting me Jazz! But in a good way :p I am going toTiffany tomorrow to take a look at the rings in person. I am still debating whether to get the Somerset ring in yellow gold or the lock ring (with two diamonds) in yellow gold. What do you think of that one?

The lock ring is adorable. Completely different look, of course, but very cute. I personally prefer the logo-less Somerset. More simple and elegant--less gimmicky, if you will--but still with a lot of POW!

Have fun playing at Tiffany and keep us posted which you decide on!

I adore my wide YG Somerset ring. That gets my vote.

I am thinking of getting this lovely ring also-but I am not sure if I should get a bigger or smaller size- I don't know if this ring will stretch with time. I am a size 8 and I am thinking of getting size 7. Dig you get your normal size and if so was it a good fit.

Inez, to be honest with you, I'm not sure. It was a gift and fits my size 6 ring finger, but I'm not sure if 6 is the actual size of the ring. The links do not really stretch; it has a tiny amount of give, but it's fairly rigid. I would definitely try it on before you order. Sorry I can't be of more help!
