Tiffany setting’s diamond: F VS2 or G VS1?

Ask to see it in different lighting ( near a window or the door ; when I looked at Tiffany rings the sales associate and I were able to step outside the store to see how the diamond looked.)
And don't feel pressured to buy either one if you don't absolutely love it!
It took me ages to find my current diamond, trying on many different stones across a lot of different brands, so be patient.
Oh I’ll definitely ask to step outside then, I didn’t realise it’s a normal thing to ask! Yeah, in all fairness, the SA said that we can keep looking if I’m not 100% convinced. I’m also thinking whether I should explore F VS1, but the price increase would be hard to justify…

I almost always choose color over clarity (I am color-sensitive also) BUT I like to look at the GIA appraisal to see where the inclusions are. Some even in a VS1-2 are more visible than others. At some point you're going to look at the inclusion matrix :) so might as well do it while you're choosing a stone.
It's true that Tiffany doesn't usually sell stones that face up anything but eye clean, so I'm with the majority of folks here who are saying, go with the F.

Congrats, F-VS2 is a right choice!
I personally can see inclusions at the pics in macro even in my VVS1 D, larger inclusions would bother me. While colors are frankly almost identical.

We have very similar I have a .90 F VS2 and I have always been thrilled with it. I’ve never been able to spot any flaws in it and it feels very white. I am just in the process of having it reset 😊 enjoy your beautiful ring!

I do love how icy white it looks and agreed on the flaws front. I know there are two based on the clarity plot but I couldn’t find them at all even looking with a loupe! What are you resetting your beautiful diamond into? :)
