I'd recommend you to look at Wellendorf enamel rings (if you haven't already) - they are far much finer and more exquisite than Tiffany enamels.

Oh my, I had not heard of that brand before, so I googled and wound up on the Betteridge site. The two I loved most were each US$5K. So pretty!
