Mine also took up to 2 weeks when I shipped it. Typo in email too? Looks like repair is becoming a mess all over:(

So to update Tiffany called me on Friday and apologized and stated that wasn't the experience they wanted customers to have, they stated that they would refund the polishing and shipping charges that I paid and that they can repair the piece and make it look new again. They said they would follow up with me before it ships out but they are fast tracking the repair.

So hopefully this all gets worked out.

that sounds like an old good Tiffany's famous for their CS. Hope it comes out right this time.

me too, guess I will see when it returns to me but they did assure me management would follow it through and see that it's good before it ships out. I let them know I was not expecting a refund I just wanted it fixed correctly so I thought it was nice of them to offer that without my asking
