I'm glad you finally found someone to give you proper answers to your questions.I just wanted to update the thread. No one ever called me back (it has been 2 days), so this morning I called. Without getting into too many details, there was no note in my account about a supervisor calling me back. The person I spoke with today was actually helpful (not repeating the same response over and over). She was able to look up when it was purchased, etc. She said normally it is only complimentary for 90 days after purchase and she explained the policies for me more thoroughly. I feel much better about things and this is the kind of service I have come to expect from Tiffany.
I guess this just shows it all depends on who you talk to, and while I wish everyone was the same, I guess you just have to call back to get someone who will help you! Thanks to everyone in this thread for the advice.
I learned the hard way too. I had bought a platinum dbty and wanted to have it lengthened only to learn to service is complimentary only 90 days after purchase. I paid for it, only to realize it's too long and size it back lol.
now I stick with my regular SA because she is able to get me this complimentary services even if it's over a certain time period
