I think they are cutting corners on their cheaper items.

I think that the cheaper items are less likely to be returned, so they are constantly in production. But items/sizes that are not as popular, ppl return them, and they get sent out.

I only said cheaper items because I've only purchased the cheaper items. haha. Now i have a gold $1600 charm, that was perfect. I had no problems with it.
I had a bracelet that I brought from them for $500 and it was catching on my clothes so I returned it. The SA was so upset and she screamed in my ear during that call. Then she asked why would I want to return such beautiful bracelet. Because it had a problem. And I ordered another one from someone else and the bracelet was perfect.

and then there was this lady that had purchased a $1,000 SS bracelet and she was having a problems with the finish.
