I love that hamsa!!! I have a similar one that was a cheapie at Target that I wear all the time (sterling silver + CZs) and I would LOVE to get a gold one some day. I especially like the turquoise in it.
Tiffany pearls are a bit overpriced, although they are very nice. If you want to get a pearls by the yard bracelet, you can buy an identical one at any jeweler's for under $150. Since everyone makes station necklaces/bracelets, IMO that's not buying an imitation.
