Black onyx beads hands down. The toggle heart necklace is very little girlish.

Definitely the heart toggle. Its T&CO's signature piece and will never be old IMO. You can get similar beads anywhere.

Looks like the onyx beads are winning. I'll probably go with that. I like both necklaces but I see the black beads as being more versatile. I hope they have it in the store when I go shopping on Friday!

Hey ladies. I ended up getting a necklace that combines what I love about both necklaces. I got the onyx beads with a toggle closure rather than the ball closure. The onyx beads with the ball closure was nice but the beads were a bit bigger than what I expected when I tried them on in the store. The onyx beads with the toggle are the perfect size for me though. Here are some modeling pictures.
