Tiffany makes the BEST sandwiches!!!

The current band is nice but a bit too wide/thick, how about just one novo band? Or maybe stacking the two novo together below your ering?

ITA with bb10lue. The novo rings are gorgeous, but the sandwich look is a tad too uniform for me. Perhaps stacking the two novo together below the ering? Something like this pic of Tinsley Mortimer a Socalite from New York...

Boy.....we have the same taste!!! :smile1:

LOVE your set.....and the bands really compliment your E-ring.

I was also thinking of asking my jeweller to make the 2 bands.....might be less expensive than Tiffany....but I don't know by how much. Each Novo is $2k for a half-circle

Mine are HOF and I will look up and see how much.. honestly, I may be seeing things, but they look very similar. It's probably hard to tell for sure without a side by side.

You're very kind! :hugs:

My DH likes it....he just wanted to make sure the bands don't detract or take anything away from the attention of my diamond.

My daughter likes it.......my son said, "it's HIDEOUS"......and my Mom said it reminds her of rails on a railroad track.

That being said, it was STUNNING to see in the store for the few precious minutes I had it on. My husband wants to see it IRL tomorrow.

I really like it......I think it adds something unique and different. It's something you don't see everyday, yes?

You're right and I like that you can change it up with 1 or 2 bands. I think this look is a winner!

Depending on what your daily activity involves the diamond bands might be a little over the top but I much prefer it to a more casual look. This look stands out for all of the right reasons. Please keep us updated on what you decide.

I do this as well. In fact, I rarely actually wear mine in a sandwhich. I usually wear the two bands together and then the e-ring on the outside.

Having said that, it's fun to switch it up depending on what mood I'm in. Sometimes, I wear just the two bands together as one thick wedding band on their own..

I was thinking of you in that store LOL!!! The bands really sit flush and perfect against the e-ring.....even the SA was impressed

Heheh!! It looks fabulous! And my whole thing with two bands is, you have so many options! You can wear one, you can sandwich them, you can wear both of them below the ering, etc, etc. I don't think $2K per Novo is bad, when you take in the metal, quality of diamonds, etc. I'm so happy for you though whichever way you choose! :D

LR, Thimp, & LittleMsPerfect, you have excellent opinions which I value.

Keep them coming!!

LR....what's the width on your bands? I forgot to ask the width of the Tiffany Novo bands. Does anyone know? I'm guessing 2mm....the same size as my e-ring.

Carlinha :hugs:

Nyc_cady....we'd be dangerous in a Tiffany's store together ;)

Contessa, is it important to you that the rings be from Tiffany's? You should price them on bluenile or elsewhere, just for fun.

I think I'd like it with just one as well, and I LOVE that Tinsley look.

Nope.....they don't have to be from Tiffanys.......they are well made & ready!

But for the fun of it....let's check elsewhere.....and I will contact my jeweller for a quote as well.

I have to think this one through. I don't want this to be a rash/rush decision by any means. This is IT for me.....and the wedding band is very important. I feel that it should compliment the E-ring, but not overpower it. The E-ring should be centre-stage.
