Ladies.....I did it. Went to Tiffany's today to see how the 2 Novo platinum bands would look "sandwiched" with my e-ring.

Well........I must say I love the look. Elegant, sparkly.....makes a statement! Definitely different and not something seen everyday. I like the fact that the bands are the same width as my E-ring which really makes it look pulled together. I received a TON of compliments on my e-ring too!!! Clients in the store were coming over to see my ring & band combo! Kind of cool.

Would love to hear thoughts! The SA was very pleasant and asked me if I had plans on soldering the pieces together to make one. I won't do that as I enjoy variety and having options.

My DH likes it....he just wanted to make sure the bands don't detract or take anything away from the attention of my diamond.

My daughter likes it.......my son said, "it's HIDEOUS"......and my Mom said it reminds her of rails on a railroad track. :rolleyes:

That being said, it was STUNNING to see in the store for the few precious minutes I had it on. My husband wants to see it IRL tomorrow.

I really like it......I think it adds something unique and different. It's something you don't see everyday, yes?

OMG!!! I love it!!! It looks even better than I thought it would with your ering!!!! DH NEEDS to buy that for you!! It's simply stunning!!!

The current band is nice but a bit too wide/thick, how about just one novo band? Or maybe stacking the two novo together below your ering?

I absolutely LOVE the two novo bands :yahoo:

This is very similar to my set except your center stone is much bigger :p

I am a huge advocate for the new novo bands if you can comfortably afford them. They do match the ring nicer than the wider band, tbh.

Forgot to say that while I personally love the novo sandwhich, I am sure it would be lovely with just one as well.

Maybe you could get one now and then add another one down the road for an anniversary or something?

LR.....I have to take another look at your wedding set. :smile1:

I really love the look of the 2 Novo bands......might do one at a time as you've suggested! But I think they enhance my e-ring much nicer than the current band as well.

Well it's not exactly the same but the two bands are very similar to the novo, IMO..

Boy.....we have the same taste!!! :smile1:

LOVE your set.....and the bands really compliment your E-ring.

I was also thinking of asking my jeweller to make the 2 bands.....might be less expensive than Tiffany....but I don't know by how much. Each Novo is $2k for a half-circle
