Does anyone prefer the Tiffany lock bracelet over the Cartier Love? My dilemma with the love bracelet has always been that the 16 is too small to go over my wrist bone, but the 17 is large on me and spins around. Yesterday I happened to be in Tiffany’s and decided to try on the lock bracelet with diamonds and amazingly the size small is literally between a size 16 and 17 and fit my wrist perfectly!! But, here’s the dilemma. I can only pick one and while the lock bracelet fits better, I worry about the longevity of the design in comparison to the classic love bracelet. Would love to hear opinions. Especially if anyone chose the lock over the love? Also, the diamonds showed up more as well. Price wise it’s about 1100 less. 0EF16E0C-64E5-4D75-BE92-0CD520444F79.png

I honestly don’t prefer it and it’s still a lovely bracelet. However if it fits you better then it’s probably the one. You don’t want something that is going to bother you or isn’t what you are looking for, especially at that price point. A gold bangle is a classic style. I don’t think longevity is a concern at all.

I would get the lock since it fits you better. Longevity is a different story though. That is my biggest gripe with Tiffany. They retire pieces all the time so it’s hard to achieve a timeless classic vibe from them. But honestly, I think a gold bangle is classic enough that it will look great for a long time. Even if Tiffany does decide to retire this collection.

I don’t own either, but on looks alone I admit I prefer the Cartier by far. However, comfort and fit are important, and at this price point you shouldn’t settle. I think it’s a good idea to go back and take pictures of it on your wrist and see how you feel, but I’d also try on a few classic gold bangles from other designers as well.

In my humble opinion, they are both similar in a unisex, everyday wear sort of design. I think both are lovely.
If you are planning to buy one in diamonds, I feel that Tiffany is the winner; it seems like you get more diamonds for your money. You get a lot more diamonds, if my observations are correct.
I think the Tiffany lock is gorgeous.
it depends on you; do you want an already established iconic piece like the Love, or an up and coming piece like the Lock? If you already have a bangle collection, which one stacks better?
I feel what goes best with what you already own and wear a lot might be the determining factor.

I think the half pave Tiffany lock is quite pretty but not sure about the alternative diamond version. The asymmetry stands out in a nice way in the half pave version, although it might be hard to stack if you’re into stacking someday.
