i wish i worked on the actual campaign but alas, im in australia ... but our agency (McCann) in NYC did it ... im only at McCann in Aus. I think the ads are gorgeous though ... shows of the amazing jewelery in amazing ways!

Afternoon Brwneyedgrl. Appointments aren't necessary to check out engagement rings, especially in the earlier stages of the shopping process. I'd just let the sales professional know your story so they can adjust to your needs and hopefully begin to build a good relationship!
Welcome from another San Francisco resident! I have spent many hours in your store and purchased a lot of items there. I also was lucky enough to receive some items as gifts on my wedding registry 4+ years ago! The store is a really nice one and the sales associates are top notch.
