Hey everyone ! I recently have been ito Tiffany yG jewlery having purchased a bracelet , ring and today I picked up my locket which I had engraved below is my olive branch ring and link bracelet which I love :)

Now, last week I bought the oval locket on a chain and sent it to be engraved with my husband initial and my two daughters .... It was suppose to look like the image from their book

Mine came out looking like the attached ... Not sure if I'm being picky ... But I don't think it looks as nice??? Is it my imagination ? Looks a bit sloppy to me:( input please ?

Not sure what I could do anyways ...

I'm having a hard time telling just from looking at the pictures. I think the locket is very pretty, but it doesn't sound like you're happy with the way it turned out. I think you should go back to the store where you purchased it and talk with your SA about the quality issues you are seeing. That way you could find out whether or not you are really dissatisfied, and also what could be done about it if you are.

If it was just engraving on the back, I wouldn't mind, but this is the front of the locket and its big ....I went back twice to make sure it was going to look like the book. When I saw it today, I don't know why I didn't say anything right Away....I will go speak to my SA this week

Make sure you love it..otherwise bring it back. So far, I'm happy with Tiffany service around the world..and if something I'm not happy about, they will always make it right..
