If there are misspellings in the receipt, that is a huge red flag to me. I don't think a company like Tiffany would have typos in their receipts.
Well the seller dosnt accept returns, plus I would need to prove it that is not authentic.If you have any doubts, I would return it. This piece comes up for resale quite often enough.

I know you are getting it professionally authenticated, but I wanted to add-
from the research I did while I was buying my bead bracelet, the link changed at one point from the single link chain to a twisted looking link chain.
For the age it's supposed to be, the fact that it's the single link is a good thing.
