Hello,
I recently purchased a T&Co 10mm bead silver bracelet from Ebay.
It arrived today, the seller was very helpful- looked almost uknow of Ebay- I helped him through the navigation through payments etc..
So it arrived today and it is beautiful- but obviously I did not have authenticated prior the purchase. It came will all relevant packing- the box, bow, receipt, care card..
On the receipt it shows that the seller bought it in 2004 for £70 online on Tiffany website( around $120 perhaps) this low price suprises me- as I purchased a lot of my silver T&Co bracelets in that time and I paid £125 for each.
I contacted T&Co customer service- but they were not helpful- did not tell me any then current price.
Is it possible that the bracelet was that cheap or the receipt and the bracelet is fake???!

Wow! I'm glad your bracelet is authentic, but I had no idea how drastic the price increases have been. I didn't purchase my first Tiffany till 2009 :-o
Thank you.
Yes- it is shocking.
I mean £70 in 2004 was a real bargain, or even £45 in 1999.
Regarding the authencity- well I hope it is authentic..though the receipt doesnt look that great- to me it looks like a printed copy at home..
And the bracelet-well I polished it in washing up soap liquid and some of the beads turned black! I do not why, as I usually clean this way all my T&Co jewellery and it comes out shiny!
So I am worried now.
I do not where to authenticate it, no T&Co store near me..:tdown:

I do believe I got mine in 2005 for my birthday from DH and it was £70. So yes that would be right. I think the matching necklace which I got for that Christmas was around £130 and is now about £370 roughly.

Try using a silver polishing cloth to get the darkness off the beads. If they don't come clean, take the bracelet to a jeweler to have them test if it is .925 steering silver.

Yes the prices went right up!
I got the Return to Tiffany XL large Heart bracelet for £125
- now just the heart on its own cost £150 and the matching just bracelet £250.

Thank you.
I contacted T&Co andhey advised that I probably left the bracelet too long in the cleaner-so I should not ever use washing liquid to clean silver- as it is still a chemical and it can damage it.
In the end I googled how to clean it- as i was desperately trying to remove he blackness from the beads ( the polishing cloth or normal silver polish did not work) and tried a mild toothpaste and it worked. So its ok now and nice silver again.
Still would appriciate to know if someone here could kindly look and authenticate to confirm authencity.:smile1:

I haven't seen that before - none of my Tiffany pieces have that but I'm in the US. Also, with the two pieces next to the clasp - mine are more circular in shape whereas yours are oval shaped so again, not sure.

Thank you so much for your help.
Well I am not sure where to have it authenticate it as any T&Co store is far far..
I posted in Authenticate this jeweller thread- will see if anyone will kindly look.
I am well aware that it could be fake( hoping is not)
The receipts seems very off to me- like someone printed it on their knee.

I'm having issues with the two oval shaped pieces near the clasp (mine are circular shaped), the appearance of the chain (mine looks "tighter"), and that receipt as well (looks doctored).
