I finally had a chance to go and try on everything IRL yesterday and can't decide between DBTY and Love ring. Plus I actually fell in love with the 5 diamond platinum bracelet, suits me better than the 3 diamond one.

After discussing with DH, I've decided to

1) go round the local jewellery stores to see if any of them have similar DBTY design that I want and if it is comparable to Tiffany's in terms of design, quality and price.
Either way, I'm getting this as my promotion present

2) get the Love ring as an anniversary present from DH (our 13th first date anniversary is this month & we always celebrate this)

3) get the Metro ring or something equivalent to it as part of our 10th wedding anniversary gift in June.

So sorry for the long delay in updating this thread. As thank you for all your help, some pictures of my latest goodies. Apologies for the poor cell phone pics

1) Did get Tiffany's DBTY as local jewellers do not even have anything near resembling it. Got the 6 stones platinum and then...
fell in with the YG 6 stones. Couldn't decide which is more gorgeous so end up getting both!!

2) As promised, DH got me the Love ring in WG for our April anniversary. At first, considered getting the platinum just to match with my E/W set but I liked the tones of WG better

3) Finally, instead of getting an eternity ring, DH got me a drop dead gorgeous pear shaped yellow diamond bezel set ring in 18K YG as part of our 10th wedding anniversary in June. I also got my dream car (he put the ring in the loop of the car keys and then put in the ring box)

If anyone wants to see pics of the yellow diamond, please let me know as I need to arm twist DH into taking some pics
