Have a nice dilemma at the moment. Just received a double promotion in February after passing a major exam
I really want a nice piece of jewellery to remember this moment in my life, something that I'm buying FOR ME. Embarassing as it is to admit, I've never bought an expensive piece of jewellery for myself, those have always been gifts. Thought it is high time to start, since the big four zero is looming
I have my eye on these three pieces:
1) Tiffany's DBTY platinum bracelet with 3 diamonds
2) Cartier's LOVE ring in WG
3) Tiffany Metro diamond YG ring
I'm open to other suggestions: Either something totally different from my list or something similar to these (without the brand name) especially if the item is worth the price. To make things easier (or maybe more difficult??), list of requirements:
1) Only bracelets or rings need apply. Not looking for other items at the moment.
2)
Bracelet~ Only WG or platinum
Plain ring~ WG or platinum
Diamond ring~ YG or RG
3) Delicate, barely there design but sturdy enough for daily use. Tiffany's items are usually spot on in this aspect, hence 2 items from them.
4) Not set on these brand names, as long as the design and price are great.
5) Based in Asia, so prefer choices from a store that I can see IRL.
These are items that I wear on a daily basis as guideline on my style and to see if the item fits in with the others ( I just can't bring myself to mix metal):
White metal set:
My E/W platinum set, diamond eternity WG ring (a bit ostentatious for daily use, which is why I'm looking for another white metal ring) and white plain Chanel J12, 33mm OR Fendi Secret watch in SS OR Bvlgari B.zero1 watch with MOP dial and black patent strap 22mm.
Gold set:
My E/W YG set, Conroy and Wilcox 'Thorn Ring' in YG, small link YG bracelet and Raymond Weil YG watch with croc strap OR black and RG Chanel J12 33mm.
