Tiffany bow earrings with bow pendant? Other suggestions?

Have the diamond mini bow and find it works best with my diamond studs. Together with my DBTY bracelet and Tiffany e-ring, these are pretty much my everyday combo!

I haven't seen them modeled together. for me it's too matchy. I think a dbty or diamond solitaire would look best with the earrings and diamond studs with the necklace

To keep it simple and subtle, how about Elsa Peretti dbty with bow earrings?
05 or 07? I'm aware these are tiny but i have my heart set on these.so 05 or 07?
