If you are on social media you probably have seen the #TBT were people post old pictures each thursday. I know so many TPFers have some of the most awesome bags to be found anywhere in their dust bags in their closets, so I thought it might be fun to have a Throwback Thursday thread were you post a pic (mod shot, action shot, whatever) of one of your "oldie but a goodie" bags.

I put it up today, because I am switching out of a bag into a new one, I have to do it the night before. So I will post tomorrow. Anyone else want to play?

My Golden Girls...haha...
1996 Madison Sutton satchel, 1995 Prairie, and 2003 Willis. Willis was my first Coach. She was my only Coach until 2010 and I carried her every day from 2004-2008. Oh how times have changed!!! ImageUploadedByPurseForum1408623414.973225.jpg

Not too old (bought in July 2012) but it was my first Coach purse

I love the Sutton! I have never seen one before. What is the leather like? I may have to stalk ebay….

The leather on Sutton is pebbled caviar leather. She's very structured and has been super durable. I can wipe her down with a damp cloth and she's fine. I definitely don't have to baby her, but I do anyway.
I've only owned her for 2 years, but she was in excellent shape when I got her. ( and she still is...) I don't think she looks like an 18 year old bag at all!! I think every Coachie needs at least one bag from this era and earlier. As gorgeous as today's bags are, they just don't name them like this anymore.

That red one!!! Wow!

:graucho: Even though she's not one of my more flashy bags, I think she's certainly one of the classiest.

Love threads like this because they encourage me to "shop the closet":p. This is one of the first Coach bags I bought. I believe it is called a lunch tote, and I got her at the outlet in Old San Juan when I was on vacation.

Pretty bag…and with all the fall bags getting so much love, having some closet shopping was my intent.
