Three or one???

Return the 3 and get a rolex. You get more mileage out of a rolex than any other watch you're ever going to own.

I'm really considering just keeping the Chanel bag and getting the Rolex. Although I love the Ballon Bleu, I love the Rolex more. Guess I can only wear one watch at a time :smile1:

Maybe next year, I'll get the Ballon Bleu. Plus, I really don't want to have two new watches that I have to worry about re-setting the time on after I don't wear it a while.

Get the watch you really love. If it's the Rolex, do that. It's be better to wait a few months and save up for it than buy two less expensive Michele watches that you end up not being truly satisfied with, and then you're stuck with them or have to sell them at a significant loss. You'll love and enjoy the Rolex for decades and can hand it down to someone special some day.

Yeah that's the thing with our addiction. It's on the expensive side so we tend to obsess and over think things because we do not want to make an expensive mistake. Lucky for you they are all classic pieces. Also they have great resale value so whatever your decision is I think you'll come out on the winning side. I myself have been obsessing over the GST for a year now. It's such a great bag.

I see you posted already that you were thinking about doing this, but my suggestion was going to be to keep the Chanel and get a Rolex, even if that means you have to save for the watch. For myself, I would forever mourn passing up a Chanel. And getting a Cartier or a couple of Michele's doesn't make sense if you are ultimately wanting a Rolex.

I say keep the Chanel bag, and save up some money for your dream watch. If you don't like silver Cartier BB now, you won't enjoying wearing it.

Buying such an expensive watch needs to be fully positive.
