Thoughts on VCA bangles

I am going against grain here and would vote for a love -the rainbow love is my favourite. I am not a fan of the vca perlee, I think the letters do not work for me. I wish it came with nothing on it or if you could create your own message/monogram then I would get!
I own the perlee diamond clover and wear it daily. I was actually deciding between it and the rainbow love. I like that both provide a bit of sparkle to my arm and work with formal outfits or jeans and a T-shirt.

All the pieces are classics and it is best to try them one and decide what makes your heart sing!

On the comments re writing, it’s totally a personal preference. It doesn’t bother me because it’s cursive and understated. And I agree with you OP, the perlee clover is an investment. It’s also a bit blingy so I would hardly ever get any wear out of it as it wouldn’t be appropriate for the office and I like to be outdoors on the weekends! Let us know what you decide OP!

Chioapple, Do you like the WG or the YG Perlee bangle better? I’m leaving toward RG. I wish they had slightly more design. Like a couple of diamonds or something.

Really hard to say which I like better... I started with the YG as I like gold jewelry as a rule (and my Alahambra pieces are all in YG). I enjoyed it so much that right before a price increase I went in for the WG and that too was amazing... but if you ask me if I could keep only one -- probably the YG as it goes better with the majority of my pieces.
From your posts it seems that you are really not sure about the signature bracelet though. None of these things are cheap, so if you are not entirely happy with it (such as wishing it had more design), try something else =)

When was the price increase? The website shows $6050 for YG and RG. What was it before?

Not the best photo. I’ve seen better shots than what I took but gives you an idea. Tried this on at the store too. Very pretty but just not me! I’m very much the tomboy. Go on Instagram. Lots of great photos there from 4nitnot and fenche sparkledoll etc.

The price increase happened in Kat 2017 or early 2018 and then it went back down like with other vca items in summer 2018 and has been static since then.

Late not Kat. That was autocorrect. Price changes at vca as I understand it have to do with fluctuations in forex ie currency. If dollar is stronger then prices will go up. If dollar is weaker than other global currencies then prices will drop. It’s about harmonization. That’s what I’ve heard but leave it to other vca lovers to chime in. There have been several price increases and decreases. I bought last year a month before an increase and vca kindly granted me a refund then for the price diff.

It seems you are unsure what you want as you are asking and posting in other threads about different jewelry. I suggest you go to the different boutiques and try on the bangles to narrow down your choices. The comfort and the way the bangle looks and gold tones all differ. Read through the the jewelry forum feeds as they contain so much helpful info. Good luck and let us know what you decide!

So true. Comfort and fit made a huge difference. I found the WG perlee sig smaller than the smallest Love and I love the beads which give is more comfortable than the sharper corners of my Love. And I take if off every night. What is more comfortable and a better fit for your life?

I have a Love but still want a VCA pink gold ensemble: this bracelet in pink gold as the centerpiece, the 5 motif pink bracelet, the 20 motif pink necklace, and pink lotus earrings-medium and a pink BTFR - MOP butterfly/diamond butterfly.
