I just got a BA 5 motif bracelet delivered and am not sure I like the darkness of the blue. Originally, my SA said there’s no way to see what I’ll be getting before it arrives. Did you find that your SA was able to pre-screen first?

I described to my SA the shade of blue I wanted and when one came in she thought I’d like, she called me.

Mine was able to screen. I needed a dark shade in order to match. It may not be 100%, but she should have an idea what you’re looking for. I’ve heard the darker shades are more rare than the bright shades. Both are beautiful in their own ways
